Support the Lloyd Brevett Defense Fund to resolve this matter, now before the U.S. courts. The Skatalities must be preserved as a National Treasure, created by Rasta musicians in opposition to colonial and neo-colonialism, giving voice to descendants of slaves. It would be a sad day in the history of Jamaica music industry if the Skatalites 'trademark' ends up as the property of a 'sweet-talker' from New England who nuh know Warika Hills, Studio 1, King Tubby, Tower Hill nor Waterhouse.
